Terms of Service

By registering, purchasing credits or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, can form a binding contract, and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that company.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

Access to features is metered in credits. One credit costs €0.10 (or the equivalent in the currency selected at checkout, converted at the rate shown at the time of purchase). Bonus credits granted at checkout are non-transferable and non-refundable on their own.

• Credits are activated after we receive payment in full.
• Bank-transfer orders typically activate within 1–2 business days.
• Purchased credits remain usable for 12 months from the order date.
• Promo codes are personal, non-transferable and cannot be combined unless the code page explicitly allows it.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Bdeo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business or personal SEO content needs.

You retain ownership of the briefs, prompts and source material you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Bdeo a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and process Your Content solely to provide the service.

Subject to applicable law, you own the articles and other output generated for you ("Output"). You are responsible for reviewing Output for accuracy, originality and compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy before publishing.

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access without refund for serious or repeated violations.

The platform integrates with third-party providers (hosting, email, payments, analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or actions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; you are responsible for human review before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bdeo's total liability arising from or relating to the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost revenue or loss of data.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, security risk or legal requirement. On termination for cause, unused credits are forfeited; otherwise the Refund Policy applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
