01.Prohibited content
You may not use Bdeo to create, host or distribute content that:
- Is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of your audience.
- Sexually exploits minors or depicts non-consensual sexual content.
- Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, human trafficking or the sale of weapons, drugs or other regulated goods to consumers.
- Harasses, defames, doxxes, threatens or discriminates against a person or group.
- Infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights.
- Constitutes medical, legal or financial advice presented as if from a qualified professional without proper disclaimers and review.
- Is fabricated to deceive (e.g. fake news, deepfakes, impersonation of real people or brands) when presented as authentic.
02.Platform and security abuse
- No reverse engineering, scraping or framing of the platform outside the public API.
- No probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of any system without prior written consent (see our security contact below).
- No interfering with service to any user, host or network (DoS, mail-bombing, malware distribution).
- No use of automated scripts, bots or headless browsers to consume credits in a way that mimics multiple users or circumvents quotas.
- No sharing of accounts or credentials across organisations not licensed under the same plan.
- No use of the service to train competing AI models or to build a substantially similar product.
03.SEO quality and search engine guidelines
Bdeo is a tool for producing high-quality, helpful content. You are responsible for ensuring that what you publish complies with the policies of the search engines and platforms you target (e.g. Google's spam and site-reputation policies). Mass-publishing low-effort or unedited AI output to manipulate rankings ("AI spam") is a violation of this AUP and of those platforms' rules.
04.Fair use and rate limits
All accounts are subject to fair-use rate limits to protect platform stability. We may throttle, queue or reject requests that exceed reasonable thresholds and we will work with high-volume customers on an Enterprise plan when needed.
05.Reporting abuse
To report content or behaviour that violates this AUP, email [email protected]. To report a security vulnerability, email [email protected] — please do not exploit the vulnerability or disclose it publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it.
06.Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, throttle features, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. For serious violations we may act without prior notice and unused credits may be forfeited as set out in the Terms of Service.
